About Us
Tony, worked in Hatton Garden from 1976 to 2020 starting as an apprentice jeweller at a silver charm manufacturer. He went on to work for various leading manufacturers learning as many aspects of the trade until going self-employed in 1982. Tony was the first to open a facility using the laser technology serving the jewellery trade in Hatton Garden.

If Tony is not busy working on repairs at the bench, in good weather he will most likely be found on a golf course or on a bicycle. His passion is jewellery and squash was his number 1 sport until he snapped his achillies in 2019 forcing him to retire. He is still a huge fan and has made the trophy for the Canary Wharf Classic for many years. His latest trophy earned him a place as a finalist in the National Association of Jewellers Awards after being made in two months and being made of solid silver with a solid silver ball set with two natural yellow diamonds.

Gemma joined House of Hatton in 2010 and is Tony's eldest daughter and is whom you will liaise with and oversees the day to day running of all jobs as well as trying to keep Tony in line! When Gemma is not dealing with enquiries, she will either be restoring an old piece of furniture, taking aerobics classes or attempting to run a 5k.

House of Hatton served the Jewellery trade in the heart of London for many years. Equipped with the latest laser technology and a team of experts with years of experience, we can tackle the hardest repairs and we have an impressive track record of antique restoration.
We specialise in all repairs and alterations, including ring sizing, remaking, chain repairs, stone setting, and much more. Why not give our family business a chance to show you what we can do?
Wedding Ring Recycling
Many people have inherited old gold or broken pieces of jewellery in the form of engagement rings, wedding rings or the odd lonesome earring, we understand that sometimes these pieces alone, are priceless compared to the sentimental value.
We offer a service where we melt these down and remodel into wedding rings or recycle them to a design of your choice. Not only is this cost-effective but it keeps the sentiment being passed on from generation to generation.

At the beginning of the process, we weigh all the precious metal, then melt it and start to make by hand, your bespoke piece of jewellery. This process can be recorded upon request.
Lifetime Warranty

House Of Hatton will work until you are 100% happy with your item, it's as simple as that. We offer a lifetime warranty on all jewellery repaired providing we see the item within one year. We will check the item and clean it as part of the service, free of charge.

The warranty will be void if the piece of jewellery has not been seen by us for more than a year. The warranty will not be applicable for repairs from accidental damage or wear and tear. All jewellery is fully insured while in possession of House Of Hatton.
